All glosses are handmade, so slight variations in color or texture may occur.

Prices for our products are listed on the website and may change at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method you provide
• You will provide accurate billing and shipping information
• All payments are final once processed

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

 Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout.

Once your package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost packages 
• Stolen packages
• Missed deliveries

If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where we can.

 Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, all sales are final.

We only replace items that arrive:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
