Due to the nature of cosmetic and hygienic products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any lip glosses once they have been shipped.
This policy protects all customers and ensures every product you receive is brand new, unused, and safe.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not shipped yet.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
In special cases where a refund is approved (such as damaged or incorrect orders), refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping courier.
