Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

 All orders are processed within the same day and or 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

After processing, your order will typically arrive within U.S. Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, and carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 International delivery times vary by country.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

If you didn’t receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

 Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or missing apartment numbers
  • Wrong addresses
  • Returned packages due to address errors

If you made a mistake, contact us immediately, we may be able to fix it if the order hasn't shipped.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is:

  • Marked delivered but not received
  • Lost during transit
  • Delayed by the carrier

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you if needed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

 If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
